When I first read about Advanced Allergy Therapeutics I thought this sounds like voodoo medicine and it must be a scam.  I decided to try it anyway.  I was having such awful seasonal allergies that Claritin no longer worked and had nothing to lose but some hard earned dollars.  After only one treatment I was almost symptom-free.  I still had to prove to myself that it REALLY worked, so the next test was wine.  I cannot remember when I was able to drink a couple of glasses of wine without feeling completely awful the next day.  This worked too. Not only do these treatments work incredibly well, but Dr. Ian has a wonderful energy and is a pleasure to be around.  I highly, highly recommend AAT for anyone who has allergies; it will change your life.  L.P.

I was having lower back problems for years. After getting treatment for it I’ve had no problems and even when I shovel snow there wasn’t the 3-4 days of pain. It’s nice to be able to move and not worry about what might and what might not set my back off. C.B.

I had been experiencing neck, upper back pain, and an ache and numbness in my left arm. I was recommended to visit the office by my spouse Cyndy who had been to the office for a leg problem due to running. My initial visit was for my right knee also due to training for my first triathlon. Upon my first examination Dr Wahl found some pretty significant problems with my spine. After a few tests and education from Dr Wahl on the benefits he could provide for not only my training, but for my everyday life I was hooked. Several days ago my sinuses were clogged up. I was having trouble breathing clearly to the point where I was tempted to go get medication for it. I got on the posture pump for my exercise. Within about an hour later I noticed I could breathe better. I didn't realize the posture pump could help in that area. Wow!!! S.E.

I came in after being rear-ended with severe neck pain and limited range of motion. After 2 weeks of adjustments my pain had significantly decreased and after 4 weeks the pain was gone. I now have a posture pump which I use to maintain posture and reshape and potentially improve my spine. I am a nurse and thankful that my neck pain is gone. D.S.

I was given Dr. Aaron Wahl's name by a co-worker and when I went to see him I didn't know what to think. I had never been to a chiropractor and never had thought about going to one. I had been in pain for a few months and felt it was worth a try. Dr. Wahl explained to me that he didn't want to treat the pain, but the cause of the pain and that made sense to me. After the first couple of weeks of treatment I was still not much better, but Dr. Wahl kept up with treating the cause and now I am down to one treatment a week and almost pain free. After a fracture almost 6 years ago, I have continually had problems with my foot. I did have therapy, which helped, but certainly didn't solve the stiffness and pain, especially after a long day. Several adjustments later, I was absolutely amazed at the difference. I have been on the treadmill for 40 minutes at a substantial pace and I have not had any problems since. There were three doctors who essentially told me to "live with it" M.D.

When I first went to Dr. Aaron I did so just to see what he had to say.  I must say it was at first just in humor and to find out what a Chiropractor was all about.  I had had some lower back pain on and off but figured it’s a part of life.  You see, my grandmother had back pain and so did my father at times.  Upon going to Dr. Aaron he addressed the problem right away with some miner adjustments.  As time goes on there has been times when I walked in the office had some back pain and felt tired and stressed out and then I left felt like I was lighter and had some energy back.  I don’t always tell him when there is a problem, but he seems to be able to pin point it in his examination which I’ve told him he surprised me at being able to hone in on my lower back pain and when I’m having stiffness in my neck.  Dr. Aaron has helped me a great deal and I would send others to him for treatment. I am in my mid-forties and had never been to a chiropractor before. In fact, I never really trusted chiropractors or the concept. However, I had developed a severe pain in my lower back that ran all the way down my leg to my ankle. This was a similar pain to one I felt as a teenager playing football in high school. It was very painful and I could not function normally.

"I'm a skeptic on a lot of things, chiropractic used to be one of them. I used to believe if you needed your back to feel better, visit a massage parlor. I thought Chiropractors were only for elderly people or people who had an accident. I know better now. I haven't had headaches as often as I used to, I don't have pains in my neck at all, I sleep better, and I have more energy. Another benefit is the information I was provided with. I'm more aware of what I eat, how I sleep, how I stand, how I sit, and many other day to day activities. Little by little, I am noticing changes in my life. I had a shoulder "pop" and a feel of dislocation with severe pain when I first came to the Wahls of Wellness. The "pop" has reduced to a light grinding sensation at very little pain at all, and my range of motion in the neck has increased tremendously due to Dr. Wahl’s adjustments. My confidence in driving a car has increased due to my increased range of vision now that I can move my neck more.
